1. How many products can I order?

So as to avoid fraudulent use of our services, we have set maximum limits for the permissible quantity for each item that can be selected for a single order.

2. What is the cut-off time to change my order?

3 hours before your delivery slot.

3. Can I replace/change my order after cut-off time?

No, since your order will be processed you cannot replace/change your order after cut off time.

4. How can I know if my order is successfully placed?

After selecting 'CHECKOUT' your order is automatically processed and you will be notified by SMS and a conformation email on the mobile no. and email id registered with us.

The mail/message will contain your unique Order ID and a list of the items you have ordered from us and the expected date and time of delivery.

5.How can I cancel my order after placing it?

We pack our products in government permitted recyclable plastics bags.

We deliver with our own trusted delivery guys who take utmost care of your package while delivering.

11. How to return an item I am unsatisfied with?

We work hard to ensure only the finest quality products reach you. If you are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the product, you can return it at the time of delivery to avail a full replacement. We insist that you check all purchased items at the time of delivery.

Payments & Refunds

1. How can I make the Payment?

For now, we accept payments through cards (online) and cash on delivery.

2. Is it safe to order with card?

Of course, it is absolutely safe. A recent directive from RBI makes it mandatory to have an additional authentication pass code verified by VISA (VBV) or MSC (Master Secure Code) which has to be entered by online shoppers while paying online using visa or master credit card. It means extra security for customers, thus making online shopping safer.
